Poster Making Competition – Navaratra Theme

A Poster Making Competition was organized for M.Sc. and B.Sc. Yoga Therapy students on the theme “Sattvic Plate – A Yogic Way to Celebrate Navaratra”. The event aimed to enhance awareness about yogic dietetics, emphasizing sattvic food principles rooted in traditional yogic and Ayurvedic philosophy. Students creatively depicted the importance of pure, balanced, and seasonal nutrition. The activity encouraged artistic expression, critical thinking, and integration of yogic lifestyle concepts into daily life.
