Clinical Practice
After completing MBBS and the mandatory internship, graduates are eligible to register as practising physicians and can practice independently or join hospitals and clinics.
Postgraduate Specialisation
Students can pursue MD/MS and further DM/MCh super-speciality training at MGMCH or other institutions through NEET-PG/NEET-SS.
Hospital and Healthcare Administration
Given the university's affiliated College of Hospital Administration, graduates can also move into healthcare management roles.

MGUMST maintains a dedicated Placement Cell offering placement records, industrial training and structured student development programmes to support graduates transitioning into the workforce.
